| STEP 1: Wash the bhindi and pat dry completely. |

| STEP 2: Cut off the tail and head; slit into half. |

| STEP 3: Heat the mustard oil in a pan and saute the bhindi till it is a little soft. |

| STEP 4: Add the mustard paste, salt, green chillies and water. |
 |
| STEP 5: Cook over a medium flame till the bhindi is done. Serve hot. |
