(Cabbage salad dressed in lime juice, topped with capsicum, mustard seeds and curry leaves)

Cabbage (grated)

Fresh coconut (grated)

Capsicum (chopped)

Green chillies (finely chopped)

Lime juice

Mustard seeds
a pinch
Curry leaves
8-10
Sugar

Asafoetida
1 pinch
Salt
to taste
METHOD
STEP 1: Mix the grated cabbage, coconut and green chilli.
STEP 2: Make a dressing by mixing the lime juice, sugar and a
pinch of salt. Pour this dressing over the cabbage mixture covering it evenly. Mix well.
STEP 3: In a ladle heat the oil, add the mustard seeds and when they crackle add the curry leaves. Remove from the heat after 30 seconds and pour over the cabbage mix.
STEP 4: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped
capsicum and coconut.
