  Shahi Paneer With Masala Roti  
 
INGERIDENTS
For Shahi Paneer:-  
Paneer (cut into cubes) 250 gm
Tomatoes (grated) 3
Garlic (crushed) 2 flakes
Ginger (crushed) 1 piece
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Malia or fresh cream 2 tbsp
For Masala Roti:  
Wheat flour 2 cups
Gram flour 1 cup
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Green Chillies (chopped) 2
Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 cup
 
 
  METHOD  
  For Shahi Paneer:-  
 
Heat ghee in a karahi, fry ginger-garlic, add tomatoes and all dry masalas and cook till masala is done. Drop in paneer pieces, stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add malai, stir and simmer over a low flame for few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
For Masala Roti:-
Mix wheat flour with gram flour, add salt, red chilli powder cumin seeds powder, turmeric powder, green chilli, coriander leaves and ghee. Make a soft dough by adding water. Make a ball and roll into chapattis and cook on a hot tava applying ghee on both sides. Serve hot when both the sides are done.
