| STEP 1: Heat the carlified butter in a pan. Add the aniseeds and let them crackle. |

| STEP 2: Add the broken wheat and stir-fry till it is well browned. |

| STEP 3: Add the almonds, coconut and three cups water and bring to a boil. |

| STEP 4: Lower the flame and cook till the broken wheat is tender. |

| STEP 5: Add the sugar and stir till it dissolves completely. Remove from flame. |

| STEP 6: Garnish with a few slivers of almonds and cardamoms just before serving. |
