  Bhaja Moong Dal  
  (Broiled green gram)  
 
INGERIDENTS
Split green gram (moong dal) 200 gms
Oil 2 tblspn
Aniseed (saunf) 2 tspn
Cloves 3
Green chillies (slit) 3
Sugar 1 tspn
Salt to taste
 
Bhaja Moong Dal, Broiled green gram
 
  METHOD  
 
STEP 1: Broil the split gram on a griddle till golden brown.
STEP 2: Boil 2 cups of water and cook the split green gram till done.
STEP 3: Heat the oil in a small pan. is a little soft.
STEP 4: Add aniseed, cloves and green chillies. Saute for a few seconds and then add to the split green gram.
