| STEP 1: Thaw the sweet corn and set aside. |

| STEP 2: Mix the ground cumin. Coriander, one green chilli, onion, garlic and salt. Grind to a smooth paste. |

| STEP 3: Heat the unsalted butter in a pan. Add the ground mixture and fry for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. |

| STEP 4: Add the crushed red chillies and stir well |

| STEP 5: Add sweet corn and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes. |

| STEP 6: Add the second green chilli and lemon juice. Stir well. |
 |
| STEP 7: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. |
